Undergraduate applicants follow the appropriate Early Consideration, Regular Admission, or Transfer Admission timeline. Graduate applicants follow the deadlines established for their intended graduate program.

However, international applicants should allow additional time for document certification, translation where required, academic-record verification, and enrollment documentation.

Where additional international enrollment documents are required after admission, the relevant deadline will be provided with the student’s admission and onboarding instructions.

Applicants seeking full consideration for university or program-based funding are encouraged to submit by the priority deadline where applicable.

Most standard-cycle graduate decisions are released between:

March 15 – April 16, 2027

Some graduate and professional programs maintain earlier deadlines, additional selection stages, or separate application periods.

JANU Athletics recruitment may begin before the university’s formal undergraduate application cycle.

Prospective student-athletes may communicate with coaches, undergo athletic evaluation, receive recruitment materials, or indicate an intended commitment before submitting their formal university application.

A recruitment decision or athletic commitment does not constitute admission to JANU.

Recruited student-athletes must complete the university application assigned to their admission pathway and satisfy JANU’s academic admission and eligibility requirements before enrollment.
